Can I return my textbook rental(s) in-person?
Yes! You can return your rentals at the Ephraim and Richfield Campus Store anytime. Click HERE for the latest Campus Store Hours.
Can I mail my rentals back?
Yes! Follow the steps below.
- Locate Your Rentals:
- On the back of all of our rental books, there is a sticker with the due date.
- If you are unsure of the rentals you have out, email us: snowbookstore@textbookbrokers.com and include your student ID number and full name and we will email you back with the books you rented.
- Box Them Up
- Please make sure that all items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during the shipping process. Fill any empty spaces with clean filler such as bubble wrap, newspapers, or other packing materials.
Make sure to include a note in your package with as much information as possible so that we can check the rentals in on the correct student account. Below is the information we can use to process your return:
- - Student ID Number (required)
- Name (required) - Order number - Address - Email Address - Phone Number
- Print Your Return Label Via Customer Account
Follow these steps to print a shipping label and return your rental textbook by mail:
Step 1: Click Log In in the top-right corner of this page and sign in using the same method you used when placing your rental order (school login or email/password).
Step 2: Once inside your account, click the Rentals Out tab to view your active rentals.
Step 3: Locate and select the rental item(s) you want to return, then click the Rental Return Label button.
Step 4: Follow the checkout steps to confirm your shipping address and generate your label.
*Please note: If you have more than one rental to return, you do NOT need a separate shipping label for each textbook. You may place all rentals in one package and use a single label.
Step 5: After completing checkout, you’ll receive an email with your rental return shipping label attached.
Step 6: Print the label, place your rental book(s) and a note with your contact information securely in a package, attach the label, and drop it off at your local post office or mailbox.
Step 7: Once your book(s) are received and checked in, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Alternative option: You are not required to generate a rental return shipping label through your account. If you prefer, you may create your own shipping label and return your rental using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or another shipping carrier of your choice. Please keep your tracking information for your records until your return is processed. (Click icons below to create a label online)

- If you choose to create your own shipping label, we suggest that you ship your rental returns back to us through your local post office using USPS Priority mail. This is the best option, as it includes $100 insurance on your package and tracking information. If your books value at more than $100, you may want to consider adding more insurance to your package. *We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit.*
